Document management

Spotnana supports the uploading and retrieval of travel documents. This feature allows you to store and access all important travel documents from a single location (i.e., the Spotnana platform).

For example, a traveler can upload important travel documents (e.g., boarding pass, VISA, digital arrival cards, etc.) to their booking made on the Spotnana platform and retrieve them later when needed. Administrators can upload booking documents and tax invoices for a PNR. Event coordinators can use this feature to upload a custom cover image for an event.

The Spotnana APIs allow you to upload and retrieve documents stored on the platform. To understand how to use these APIs to upload documents, see document management workflow.

Note: The document management API currently supports file uploads to a PNR or a generic event.
