API integration process

This section explains how to integrate with the Spotnana platform using the APIs.

Intended audience

  • A Travel Management Company’s (TMC) engineer - This engineer will require administrative privileges and be the person setting up the integration with the Spotnana platform (e.g., to onboard a partner organization).
  • An organization’s engineer - This engineer will require administrative privileges and be the person setting up the integration to onboard their users onto the Spotnana platform.

Process

Use the process below to get started with your API integration:

1. Get sandbox access

2. Get client credentials

3. Generate an access token

4. Test your administrative access (optional)

5. Add users to your company

6. Build workflows using the APIs

7. Use the Help Center to perform admin tasks on the OBT

8. Build your integration in production
